Shlomo Dormitories, The College of Management Academic Studies, Rishon LeZion

This construction of a student dormitory complex at the College of Management in Rishon LeZion was conducted as a BOT project, including the constructing and operating of the dormitory building, that is situated within the college campus. The building is comprised of 512 studio rooms, public seating areas, a club and café, study areas, a mailing room, and more.

Faculty of Biochemistry, Weizmann Institute, Rehovot

Construction of the Faculty of Biochemistry at the Weizmann Institute. This project included construction finishing work and system installation, covering an area of about 35,000 sqm, including laboratories, offices, lecture rooms, and an auditorium, as well as acoustic partitions, steel constructions, electric works, low voltage, structure control, air conditioning, plumbing, and elevators.

Faculty of Biotechnology Engineering, Ben Gurion University of the Negev

Construction of the Faculty of Biotechnology Engineering at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev. This included building a concrete skeletal frame combined with cladding systems, including steel construction, fiber-cement elements, screen walls, and aluminum cassettes, electrical systems and low voltage, air conditioning systems, laboratory-specific systems, plumbing, complex finishing work, and elevators.

Global Tower, Petah Tikva

Located in Petah Tikva, this complex includes commercial spaces, an office building, and underground carparks, covering 110,000 SQM, Afcon executed the skeletal work, finishing works, and a range of cutting-edge systems. The project was conducted in cooperation with the BST Group for construction and development.

Blood Bank, Ramla

A cooperation between the Afcon Group and Minrav led to the winning of the tender for building the national blood bank and logistics center for the Magen David Adom ambulance service in Ramla. This unique project was the first of its kind in the world – a new building that coordinates all of the organization’s logistics and pharmaceutical activities for the national blood bank. The building covers about 49,000 sqm and contains state-of-the-art laboratories and storage facilities. The building is shielded and secure, as required of healthcare facilities in routine and emergency times, with much of the building being constructed underground for safety reasons.
