Mobileye Campus, Har Hahotzvim, Jerusalem
Conducted as a BOT project, Afcon constructed the renowned Mobileye Campus in Jerusalem, where the company’s global development center is now situated. This iconic building is a milestone for the integration of hi-tech centers in Jerusalem, and is the largest R&D center to have been built in Israel in recent years. The building, that covers an area of 140 thousand sqm, complies with the LEED standard for green structures and is considered a smart campus. The Mobileye campus includes offices, laboratories, testing areas, recreational spaces, and more. Planned and executed to the highest standards, the entire campus was built by Afcon Group subsidiaries.

Blood Bank, Ramla
A cooperation between the Afcon Group and Minrav led to the winning of the tender for building the national blood bank and logistics center for the Magen David Adom ambulance service in Ramla. This unique project was the first of its kind in the world – a new building that coordinates all of the organization’s logistics and pharmaceutical activities for the national blood bank. The building covers about 49,000 sqm and contains state-of-the-art laboratories and storage facilities. The building is shielded and secure, as required of healthcare facilities in routine and emergency times, with much of the building being constructed underground for safety reasons.
Bayit Balev Hospital, Rishon LeZion
Building a nursing hospital for Bayit Balev of the Maccabi Group. The project included hospitalization rooms, clinics, treatment rooms, and more.
PTK Campus, Petah Tikva
R&D center and office campus for leading international corporation. A planning-execution project. The structure covers about 75,000 sqm and includes offices and labs, underground parking lots, and an energy center. The project entailed the initiation, planning, procurement, setup, finishing works, installation of all electromechanics systems, low voltage systems, and control systems – as well as furniture, kitchens, and dining halls. The end product is a smart green structure.
